Guidelines for Using PayPoint Funding Copyrights
All of the pages and screens on the Site are owned and controlled by PayPoint Funding, except as otherwise expressly stated, and are protected by U.S. copyright laws and international treaties. The copyright protected materials on the Site include, but are not limited to, the text, design, software, images, graphics, source code, “look and feel” and other content on the Site.
You are authorized to view the information available on the Site for your informational purposes only. You may download copyright-protected materials for your personal, non-commercial, and non-public use purposes only. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyright protected material. You may not copy, display, distribute, modify, transfer, link to, reproduce, license, frame, alter, create derivative works of or republish all or any portion of the Site for any commercial or public use without PayPoint Funding’s prior written consent.
Information We May Collect
We may collect the following information from you:
Contact information such as name, business name, email address, mailing address, and phone number; financial information such as bank statements, credit card statements, your average bank balance, personal and business credit history, payment history, bank account information, and federal tax ID number; your Social Security number; business information including company size, business type, etc.; and Beneficial Ownership information.
Once you are a PayPoint Funding customer, we may reach out to you for, or otherwise obtain, information if you decide to renew or as otherwise needed to provide Services.
Log Data and Non-Personal Identification Information (Non-PII)
As is true of most websites, we also collect information, characteristics and activities of users of the Site and of the Services, from which any Personal Information has been removed (“Non-Personal Identifiable Information” or “Non-PII”). When you access the Site or use the Services we may collect Non-PII, including without limitation:
Information regarding your use of the Site or the Services, including without limitation, activity and visit behavior on the Site and information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website or online service (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include, but is not limited to, your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, internet service provider (ISP), device type, browser type, operating system and version, the web page you were visiting before you came to the Site, information you search for on the Site, local preferences, identification numbers associated with your devices, your mobile carrier, date and time stamps associated with transactions, system configuration information, metadata concerning your files, clickstream data, and other interactions with the Site and the Services;
We may combine Log Data information with other information we collect about you. We do this to improve the services we offer you and to improve marketing, analytics, and Site functionality.
Authorization to Communicate Electronically
By entering into this agreement, you also consent to do business electronically with us. By doing business with us electronically, you understand that electronic transactions, not limited to emails, are inherently unsecured and that our company and you will take all reasonable steps to maintain the privacy of the information shared between us. You also consent to receive information and documents relating to this agreement and our services via email, text message, facsimile, voicemail, and any other common electronic means. You also understand that all costs associated with the receipt, review, and use of such electronic communications shall be yours, such as maintaining access to the internet or paying for text messages. Also, by entering into this agreement you consent to receive updates and documents relating to this agreement and the services offered by our company via prerecorded voice messages, text/SMS
messages, and/or through the use of an automated dialing system to any cellular or other telephone numbers provided by you, whether or not such telephone numbers appear on any do-not-call list. This consent does not require a purchase. We do want you to know that you may contact our company at any time to opt-out of receiving updates, new programs or offers through prerecorded or autodialed messages.
Use of Information
We use the information we collect to:
Compile, save, use and analyze your personal information;
Operate, maintain, improve, and provide to you the Services and to conduct our business;
Verify your identity and conduct appropriate due diligence;
Process your application and determine whether or not your business qualifies for our Services;
Process your business loan account, including deducting automatic payments;
Communicate with you to send order confirmations, respond to customer service requests, send marketing communications, and send account update notifications;
Post and review your comments on our Site;
Conduct research and analyses to understand our customers better; and

We use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Site and the Services. We may collect and use this analytics information together with your Personal Information and stitch together session data from unauthenticated user visits with authenticated user visits to build a broader profile of our individual users so that we can serve you better. How We Protect Your Information
PayPoint Funding is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your Personal Information. We employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your Personal Information. We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your Personal Information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site. However, we cannot guarantee unauthorized personnel will not gain access to your Personal Information despite our efforts. You should note that in using the Site, your information would travel through third party infrastructures, which are not under our control. PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY PRIVILEGED INFORMATION ON THE SITE OR WHEN USING THE SERVICE.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personal Information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any Personal Information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes if you have given us your permission.
User Access and Choice
If your Personal Information changes, or if you no longer desire our Services, you may correct, update, amend, delete/remove, ask to have it removed from a public forum or testimonial on our Site or deactivate it by emailing our Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org or by contacting us by postal mail at the contact information listed below. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as long as reasonably useful for commercial purposes. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We May also Disclose Your Personal Information
